The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Rizal is consist of 7 elected Kagawad, appointed Secretary, Treasurer and Coordinator. The council is led by the SK Chairperson.

From 2018 to 2023, SK Chairman Ariel “Acko” Gadiane led the SK Council members: SK Kagawad Kyla Dorio Morales, SK Kagawad Nelia Noromor, SK Kagawa Jay Peñaflor, SK Kagawad Rhiomae Bambico, SK Kagawad John Martin Alba and SK Kagawad Charline Ulat together with their appointed treasurer, Steephenne Homecillo, SK Secretary Alondra Severino and SK Coordinator Aristotle Oliveros.

With their unique dynamics and individual initiatives, they have pushed forward various projects and programs for the youth of Barangay Rizal.
